After two months of closing our doors to visitors due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are thrilled to welcome guests back to our properties. These have been challenging times for all of us, and we want to thank you for your loyalty and support. We’ve missed you, and we look forward to seeing you in Key West again soon.
The health and safety of our staff, guests, and the community continues to be our highest priority. Following guidelines by local officials and industry organizations, we have outlined several measures to ensure we are doing everything we can to keep you safe and comfortable during your stay at Old Town Manor and Rose Lane Villas.
Here’s what you can expect.
Contactless Check-In & Check-Out
You’ll receive an email from us a few days before your arrival asking you to submit an online signature to confirm the dates of your stay, the charges, and some other standard policies. This eliminates the need for the in-person registration normally completed at the front desk.
For guests of Old Town Manor, upon arrival at the hotel, our staff will direct you to park and escort you to your room. In your room you will find information on our hotel and the area, including a map of the island and coupons for some of our favorite restaurants and attractions.
For guests of Rose Lane Villas, there is no need to stop at the office for registration. Arrival instructions will be emailed to you in advance and area information will be waiting for you inside your villa.
At check-out, simply give us a call or wave us goodbye. We will email your final receipt to you.
Rose Lane Villas Swimming Pool
Guests of Old Town Manor and Rose Lane Villas are welcome to enjoy the large swimming pool at Rose Lane Villas, just around the corner from the Manor. This area is sanitized by our team regularly.
Old Town Manor Breakfast
Guests of Old Town Manor enjoy a complimentary breakfast each morning. Instead of the usual buffet-style offering, we will provide a menu for either table-service in the gardens or delivery to your room. Seating in the common areas is arranged at least 6 feet apart.
We will provide extra towels, toiletries, coffee, and complimentary bottled water in your room prior to your arrival, eliminating the need for daily housekeeping service. Linens may be replaced and trash removed upon request.
Our staff will regularly clean and disinfect common areas, including the Old Town Manor lobby, Rose Lane Villas pool deck, restrooms, doorknobs, remotes, and light switches.
As a courtesy to our team members we ask you to bag your linen and towels before departure in the receptacles provided.
Personal Protection and Responsibility
All team members are screened for COVID symptoms prior to their shifts. Appropriate Personal Protective Equipment will be worn by staff members, based on their role and responsibilities, and in adherence to state or local regulations and guidance.
We ask that all guests and visitors to our hotel wear face masks in all areas, other than inside of their rooms and while seated for breakfast.
