Half of Bed and Breakfast is breakfast.
It might be considered adequate to serve a basic continental breakfast with breads, cereals, juices and coffee. We think breakfast should be much more than that. Besides the large quantity of variety, our food is good for you and tastes good: no high fructose corn syrups, no chemicals, no nonsense. When available, we’ll provide organic.
Please let us know in advance if you have a medical condition that requires gluten-free options.

Breakfast Bar!
During breakfast hours, we offer a "breakfast bar" that will serve bloody mary drinks, screwdrivers, mimosas, and other alcoholic beverages. All drinks are made fresh as you like it. Guests can purchase drinks with cash or charge it to their room. Served everyday, including Sunday, from 8am to 10am. We don’t judge. This is Key West.
Dessert cakes
Served daily are our 100% all natural homemade banana bread and kosher Grandpa’s Mini Coffee Cakes which are free of dairy products, nuts, and high fructose corn syrup. Fresh fruit tarts from the locally renowned Croissants de France may be available on the weekends.
Eggs and quiche
Organic and free range hard-boiled eggs and a selection of cheeses are a daily staple. Quiches such as cheddar broccoli or spinach/artichoke are available on weekends.
Breads, yogurt, cereals, apple sauce, and oatmeal
Whole wheat bread and bagels. All natural yogurts with no high-fructose corn syrup, Raisin Bran®, Cheerios®, organic toaster pastries, natural apple sauce, and organic instant oatmeal with no high fructose corn syrup. All available daily.
Fruits
Whole bananas (often from the neighbor’s garden), apples, and oranges are all available daily. When organic is available, we’ll also serve starfruit, cherries, grapes, and strawberries.
Beverages
Our orange and grapefruit juices are real - no high-fructose corn syrup or additives. Herbal, green and black teas, as well as yummy high-octane Starbucks coffee, are available daily and are accompanied by delicious biscotti. What’s a modern kitchen without whole and soy milk?
Condiments
Natural fruit spreads, organic peanut butter, cream cheese and real butter. No high-fructose corn syrup, no margarine. All available daily.
